Unlike the Iliad, Odyssey, Aeneid,
Ramayana, Mahabharata, and other ancient epics
that portray a relatively homogeneous point of view in narrating how
ancient civilizations wished to see themselves, the Classic of
Poetry is a collection of many voices and points of view that
nevertheless explores facets of the Chou dynasty (See pages 114530,
8901001, and 10521134 in volume A).
